Cannot Remove Schedules under New Scheduled Arming Feature
The option for removing a schedule for arming or disarming the system does not appear in the app on my phone. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. I can go in and modify the schedules, but I cannot remove them. When I modify the schedule, the "save" option appears, but there is no "remove" option. When I try to save the schedule so that no days are selected, I get an error message instructing me that something went wrong and that I should try again later. I have a Samsung S21 5G. I have now called in twice. On the first occasion, June 3, I was told that someone would get back to me about this issue. No one contacted me. I called in again today (July 15) and, again, was told that someone would contact me. We'll see. In the meantime, does anyone have a solution for this issue? I would like to delete the schedules.

Hi @roybobbarineau,
Which version of the SimpliSafe app do you have installed on your phone? If there are any updates available, I would update your SimpliSafe app to the newest version to see if that allows you to remove your arming schedules.

Just to conclude the investigation into my issue, I did receive a call from technical support after Emily escalated the issue. The problem was that the app did not allow for me to scroll down in the schedule to where the "Remove" option was located and that my font size was too large for the "Remove" option to appear. My font size was only set to medium, but that was still too large. I diminished the font sixe, through my phone's settings, and the "Remove" option appeared. I was told that this was a known issue with some phones. My issue has been resolved. Thanks to all.
