System disarms without prompting
My system will sometimes disarm itself without us initiating the process. The first time this occurred was a few months ago in the middle of the night. Which is alarming because nothing good happens after 2:00 AM. This then continued to occur what appears to be random to my household; where every so often the system will just disarm without us initiating the sequence. My wife and I are the only ones with access to our account, and we are both bewildered at what is happening.
Has anyone else had this experience before?

@lyronsg short answer: no. I suggest you call SS and ask for a tech specialist to call you back at a mutually agreed time to dig into this deeper. One aspect is that if you go into the phone app and tap on install a device, if this system is armed, it will disarm. Reviewing your timeline and system files may give SS tech some idea of what is going on.
