Your municipality may have specific rules and regulations regarding the disposal of e-waste, so you should always confirm with them the best way to handle your devices. By recycling your SimpliSafe® devices locally instead of shipping them to a designated collection point, we can all work together to lessen our environmental impact. 

When disposing of Lithium-Ion batteries, including button cell batteries, please locate an authorized recycling location to ensure safe disposal.
