Can't Initiate Live Stream From Within the SimpliSafe® App

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot being unable to live stream.

  1. Check the color of your LED. If it’s a solid yellow, it’s likely downloading a firmware update. This often occurs right after initial installation.

  2. Ensure your camera is connected to Wi-Fi.  

  3. Make sure that your smartphone or tablet can access the internet. Try testing other sites from your device’s browser.
