Our professional monitoring helps protect your home against many types of alarms - such as burglary/intrusion, life safety (Smoke, CO), and environmental (water, extreme temperature). Plans are paid monthly, with no contracts or hidden fees.

Some customers may choose to forego a monitoring plan and simply keep track of their system, and home, themselves. You still can access basic features without a plan - though you will need an internet connection to access these features.

We recommend that you at least test out our Core (formerly Fast Protect™) or Standard Monitoring Plans - free for one month! These provide the most security for your home and help you get the most out of your SimpliSafe® system.

If you choose to forego a monitoring plan, you will still have access to:

  • Live video feed of your cameras from the SimpliSafe® App

  • Remotely arm/disarm your system with the SimpliSafe® App

Please note that without a professionally monitored plan, you will not have access to:

  • 24/7 Emergency Dispatch (Police, Fire, Medical)

  • Built-in cellular connection for backup coverage in the event of a power outage

  • Unlimited camera recording and evidence capture, with the ability to download video recordings from the app to your phone

  • Receive discounts for homeowner’s insurance

  • Subscription lifetime warranty
