How to Update Your Email Address for Your SimpliSafe® Account

If you find yourself needing to update your email address on file, this can only be done via the SimpliSafe® Online Account. You will not be able to use the SimpliSafe® Mobile App to complete these steps.
Changing Your Email Address via the SimpliSafe® Online Account
Login to the SimpliSafe® Online Account using the browser of your choice
Click on “Manage Account” from underneath your email address on the left-hand navigation menu
Click into the Email Address field to make it active. From here you can remove the existing email address and type in the new one that you want to use
When you are done, be sure to choose Save Changes from the bottom of the screen
